ARBITRATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are a group of designers with passion and responsibility. We will positively rework or refund when we make mistakes. When you choose IPS®, there is an agreement between us that no standard of an aesthetic eye exists. We prepare exclusive service and quotation for perfectionists and please feel free to discuss with customer service agent about your requests.
All disputes in connection with the execution of this Contract shall be settled friendly through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the case then may be submitted for arbitration to the Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in accordance with the Provisional Rules of Procedure promulgated by the said Arbitration Commission. The Arbitration committee shall be final and binding upon both parties. And the Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing parties.
Design is not merchandise. FREE TRIAL of design does not exist.
Refund is NOT available in the following occasions:
1. Refuse revision of design works, while they are obviously revisable when the plan confirmed by yourself has been FOLLOWED and CARRIED OUT
2. Do NOT provide essential materials or specific revision comments but insist refund with no specific reason when the plan confirmed by yourself has been FOLLOWED and CARRIED OUT
3. Delay caused by NOT providing essential materials or specific revision comments but insist refund with no specific reason when the plan confirmed by yourself has been FOLLOWED and CARRIED OUT
4. Changes to the plan or the standard adjusted by yourself. We already have an agreement of esthetic standard during development of your product showcase plan – sample pictures in the plan. Please publish our pictures and your situation to an E-commerce sellers’ Facebook group with 10K+ members and click to view why previous process is essential to solve specific dispute
5. Termination of contract unilaterally before estimated delivery time – including your proposition of refund mentioned previously
Your product will be kept in warehouse for ONE month after delivery
We are able to choose couriers according to your preferences
However, we are not liable for damages during shipping process
